Lead master production scheduling across a multi-site contract manufacturing network. Balance demand, capacity, and inventory objectives; coordinate cross-functionally with demand planning, sales, procurement, and manufacturing; manage contract manufacturer relationships; analyze schedule adherence and capacity utilization; build dashboards and data-driven improvements; and drive ERP and process optimization for scalable, efficient production planning.

Manage end-to-end creative and packaging artwork projects, maintain project workflows in Wrike, oversee digital assets in Image Relay, coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors, communicate status and risks, and drive continuous process improvements to ensure timely, on-brand deliverables.

Manage customer order lifecycle and coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, 3PLs and carriers to ensure timely delivery. Process orders, monitor inventory, track and escalate delayed shipments, identify supply chain improvements, support onboarding, mentor teammates, and provide backup to Costco operations.
