Manage relationships with co-manufacturers to ensure quality, reliable supply, and cost targets. Lead vendor performance reviews, support commercialization and manufacturability, monitor capacity and KPIs (OEE, throughput), drive continuous improvement, coordinate cross-functionally, and conduct audits to maintain quality standards.

Investigate and resolve service issues (shorts, fines, spoilage, damages, chargebacks), validate claims with data, file and manage disputes, pursue recoveries, identify root causes, collaborate cross-functionally to fix processes, and track trends to reduce repeat issues and financial leakage.

Manage Walmart and Sam's Club customer operations: monitor KPIs (in-stock, OTIF, inventory), align forecasting and replenishment, coordinate orders with 3PLs and warehouses, lead cross-functional issue resolution, support promotions and modular resets, and standardize processes and reporting to improve execution.
