Own trade finance reporting, automation, accruals, controls, promotional ROI analysis, and trade optimization. Build scalable Excel, Power Query, Power BI, and VBA tools; reconcile data across systems; monitor spending against plans; maintain auditable trade investment records; and provide actionable recommendations to Sales. The role partners cross-functionally to improve processes, validate retailer settlements, establish financial guardrails, and build trade finance capabilities in a growing CPG business.

Leads Kinder’s brand storytelling and creative expression across retail, digital, social, packaging, and experiential channels. Develops scalable brand narratives, oversees omnichannel campaigns, maintains brand consistency, and partners with Brand, Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams. Owns creative workflows in Wrike and supports PIM and DAM systems, product assets, copy, and content quality. This hands-on leader also mentors creative teams, contributes to concept development, and champions culturally relevant brand experiences.

Leads quality strategy, governance, food safety, compliance, audits, risk management, CAPA, and continuous improvement across a co-manufacturing network. Oversees partner qualification, performance scorecards, regulatory requirements, commercialization support, and escalation of quality risks. Builds and develops the co-manufacturing quality organization while partnering with supply chain, R&D, procurement, regulatory, operations, and senior leadership.
