Leads an after-school program site, supervising teachers and creating engaging learning experiences for elementary-aged children. The Accounting Analyst II manages grant accounting and governmental award funding, including ledger recording, reconciliations, journal entries, financial reporting, variance analysis, audit support, and internal control compliance. The role researches accounting guidance, resolves discrepancies, identifies control deficiencies, improves accounting processes, and maintains related policies and procedures. Candidates need accounting experience, U.S. GAAP knowledge, strong analytical skills, and advanced Excel proficiency.
