Leads an elementary school before- and after-school program by supervising teachers, maintaining licensing and safety standards, partnering with families and school leaders, supporting engaging educational experiences, and managing recruitment and enrollment. The role requires at least one year of teaching experience, strong relationship-building and organizational skills, basic computer proficiency, physical ability to work actively with children, and English communication skills.

Implement curriculum, provide a safe and nurturing classroom, support children’s learning and development, partner with parents and center staff, and help achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals. Teachers must meet state qualifications, obtain CPR and First Aid certification, communicate effectively in English, and safely perform physical activities including lifting children and working indoors or outdoors.
