Leads an elementary-school out-of-school program by supervising teachers, creating engaging learning experiences, maintaining licensing and safety standards, partnering with families and school leaders, and supporting recruitment and enrollment. The role requires strong relationship-building, organization, customer service, basic computer proficiency, physical ability to work with children, and at least one year of teaching experience.

Assists the Center Director with leading teaching staff, supporting families, and meeting enrollment, accreditation, and operational goals. Builds relationships with parents, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners. May work as a teacher, cook, or driver as needed. Requires early childhood education experience, administrative and communication skills, CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain, physical ability to work with children, and compliance with state guidelines.
