Process up to five weekly and monthly payrolls across Group companies, ensuring accurate and timely HMRC RTI submissions. Prepare payroll reports, respond to employee tax and National Insurance queries, audit payroll data for compliance, maintain confidentiality, and help improve payroll processes and procedures. The role works 22.5 hours weekly from Monday to Wednesday and involves supporting subsidiary business units with different operational practices.

Leads Group IT strategy, infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, vendor management, systems performance, service-impacting incident resolution, and team development. Oversees Transport Management System rollout, IT integration for new business acquisitions, application portfolio delivery, IT lifecycle management, and stakeholder partnerships across logistics operating companies. Manages the IT budget and up to five direct reports, with travel to business locations as required.

Oversee and develop the K-Link logistics operation, supporting strategic execution, cost reduction, profitability, service quality, and operational compliance. Responsibilities include managing delivery postcode and volume mixes, introducing direct loads, scaling capacity during peak periods, maintaining profit and loss data, developing IT solutions, resolving service issues, and collaborating with sites, partner companies, senior management, and stakeholders.
