Provide advanced IT operations and escalation support for endpoints and identity. Own Autopilot/Intune/Tanium deployments, Azure AD/Entra/AD identity lifecycle automation with PowerShell, troubleshooting, M365/Zoom/Teams Phone support, deployment initiatives, configuration management, documentation, and cross-team collaboration to improve service quality and security.

Prepare schedules and workpapers, assist monthly/quarterly close, perform bank and mortgage reconciliations, run/distribute reports, prepare cash receipt/vendor request forms and lender packages, and support ad hoc accounting projects.

Lead design, development, and maintenance of accounting reports and ad hoc queries. Partner with stakeholders and IT to implement system-driven solutions, maintain chart of accounts governance, support testing and UAT, automate processes, and produce board-level financial reports while improving controls and reporting efficiency.

Support biweekly payroll processing, audits, reconciliations, and payroll-related reporting. Administer benefits enrollment, billing, and open enrollment communications. Maintain employee data and HR transactions in Workday, assist onboarding, vendor invoicing, and respond to payroll and benefits inquiries while contributing to process improvements.

Lead administration, security, and optimization of Microsoft 365 and Azure services (Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Purview). Manage identity, access, compliance, migrations, automation (PowerShell/Microsoft Graph), tenant changes, and project delivery. Create documentation, governance, monitoring, and drive user adoption across a multi-site organization.

Manage the full accounts receivable lifecycle for regional tenants including collections, cash application, account reconciliation, billing notices, dispute resolution, and tracking activity in MRI. Collaborate with internal teams, contribute to reporting, and support process and system improvements.

Manage the full construction lifecycle for commercial retail projects: prepare budgets and proformas, negotiate contracts and landlord work exhibits, review plans, secure permits, run bid processes, evaluate acquisition conditions, coordinate tenants and general contractors, oversee tenant fit-outs, redevelopments, expansions, renovations, and supervise project-related accounting.

Manage redevelopment and development projects including entitlement processes, zoning research, consultant oversight, valuation and underwriting, coordination with leasing, construction, and property management, and travel to project sites and public hearings.

Provide administrative and data-entry support for property recovery billing: post CAM, tax, and utility billings; prepare and deliver billing packets; support lease administration; process tenant chargebacks; and perform other administrative duties and special projects.
