Lead execution of the plant-level digital manufacturing strategy, deploying and supporting SMOM, MES, SAP and mobile manufacturing apps. Drive data integration, analytics, continuous improvement, change management, and capability building to improve safety, quality, productivity, and asset performance across the site.

Drives global supplier governance and performance management for real estate and facilities services. Manages KPI scorecards, business reviews, action plans, escalations, contract obligations, financial tracking, savings, risks, and service improvements. Analyzes data and prepares executive-ready reporting using Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI. Partners with suppliers, Procurement, Finance, and global stakeholders on migrations, contract lifecycle activities, and continuous improvement in a matrixed environment.

Operate and maintain production and packaging machinery, perform preventative/predictive/corrective maintenance, follow GMP/QMS and safety procedures, conduct quality checks and documentation, manage spares and utilities (electrical, HVAC, DG, chillers, VFDs), and support continuous improvement and lean practices to meet safety, quality, productivity and KPI targets.
