Manage distributor selling and reporting compliance; analyze reports to identify market opportunities; align monthly, weekly and daily plans with distributors; oversee orders and accounts receivable; support Area Sales Manager with distributor capability, finance and P&L reviews; provide sales, distribution and trade marketing analysis; participate in market development, trade marketing and new product launches; lead and retain a motivated team.
