Leads end-to-end freight accounting operations, including clearing, accruals, reconciliations, invoice-to-accrual matching, and SAP postings. Oversees period close, SOX controls, audit support, SLA/KPI reporting, exception resolution, and aged-balance reduction. Provides team leadership through work allocation, coaching, quality reviews, and performance management while partnering with Transportation, AP, Corporate Accounting, IT, and Master Data to drive process improvements and automation.

Manage distributor sales operations in Vietnam, ensuring accurate selling and reporting systems, order management, receivables, and market analysis. Develop distributor plans, evaluate financial and operational performance, and recommend actions to improve effectiveness and reduce risk. Provide sales, distribution, and trade marketing insights to management while supporting market development and product launches. The role also emphasizes team motivation, retention, communication, and negotiation.

Support product lifecycle and master data processes in SAP S/4HANA and PLM: create/maintain/obsolete material masters, BOMs, specs; validate data, support UAT, audits, SOPs, and continuous improvement; resolve data/process issues and guide analysts.
