Lead SAP Security strategy and architecture for S/4HANA, Fiori, and SAP BTP. Own role-based access control, SoD/GRC, compliance (SOX/ITGC), and security design for transformations. Lead global teams, drive security operations, automation with GRC/IGA tools, vendor management, and audit readiness while mentoring staff and aligning stakeholders.

Lead electrical engineering projects to design, develop, optimize, and troubleshoot manufacturing control and converting equipment. Provide functional leadership on control systems, drives, HMIs, sensors and automated inspection, drive continuous improvement, ensure safety and compliance, and mentor others. Manage projects from concept to commercialization, collaborating cross-functionally in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
