Lead the company's global technical accounting function, ensuring U.S. GAAP/IFRS compliance. Oversee accounting for acquisitions/divestitures (including Kenvue integration and ASC 805 purchase accounting), restructurings, impairments, pensions, stock-based compensation, derivatives, leases, and equity method accounting. Drive technical research, draft accounting memos, coordinate with external auditors, implement new standards, manage controls and financial instructions, and present conclusions to senior leadership.

Lead finance analytics and reporting for supply chain operations, delivering cost and distribution insights, variance analysis, forecasting, stakeholder training, and audit support while ensuring financial controls and SLA adherence.
