Provide fair housing legal counsel to property owners and managers. Responsibilities include analyzing fair housing issues, drafting resident and opposing-counsel correspondence, preparing reasonable accommodation and modification agreements, reviewing leases for compliance, and writing opinion letters. The role requires an active California Bar license, a J.D., and 1–2 years of landlord-tenant or fair housing experience.

Negotiates settlements with debtors and opposing counsel, conducts skip-tracing investigations, communicates with clients and debtors, applies lease language and collection laws, and maintains organized case documentation. The role offers a $24–$26 hourly base plus monthly commission, with benefits and hybrid scheduling available after six months.

Assists the Staff Supervisor with daily management of the landlord-tenant department, including team coordination, coaching, performance management, recruitment, onboarding, timekeeping, reporting, issue resolution, and communication of departmental priorities. Serves as a key liaison between Department Leads, frontline staff, and senior leadership while supporting consistent client service and operational standards.
