Senior Grants Specialist researches federal funding opportunities, drafts and edits grant proposals, manages grant projects, automates and documents workflows, collaborates with stakeholders, and ensures timely, compliant submissions to secure funding.

Perform grant research and complete grant applications while supporting project management and client grant calendars. Work collaboratively with Grants Specialists and Team Coordinator, use company systems to track client information and workflows, meet deadlines, and maintain high accuracy in proposal development and reporting.

Drive new business by prospecting, qualifying leads, and onboarding clients for grant consulting services. Conduct outreach, build pipelines in CRM, develop proposals, attend events, coordinate discovery meetings, collaborate with delivery teams, and meet monthly and quarterly acquisition and revenue goals.
