Owns multi-entity accounting, monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, general ledger accuracy, operating expenses, accruals, fixed assets, payroll, equity, AP oversight, audits, and variance analysis. Leads a team of two, partners cross-functionally, and improves accounting systems, controls, and processes to support IPO readiness and company scale.

Build and scale Kikoff’s Flutter credit-building app across growth, onboarding, identity verification, subscriptions, payments, billing, and monetization. Improve mobile architecture, performance, observability, CI/CD, testing, releases, and design systems. Partner with product, design, marketing, data science, and engineering teams to optimize acquisition, retention, and revenue through experiments and measurable outcomes.

Own Kikoff’s data security roadmap across AWS, Snowflake, RDS, and internal pipelines. Design and implement encryption, tokenization, least-privilege access, access brokering, row- and column-level controls, audit logging, secure data flows, and AI agent permissions. Partner with Legal and Compliance on privacy and regulatory requirements, threat-model new systems, and create reusable secure engineering patterns. Support data mapping, retention, deletion, and cross-border data controls in a regulated fintech environment.
