Teams at Kikoff

Build and maintain software for consumer fintech products that help customers build credit, access liquidity, and save money. Work with Rails, AWS, ReactJS, Vercel, and Flutter across backend, frontend, and mobile applications. Contribute to early-stage product development, apply strong software engineering fundamentals, and collaborate closely with product and engineering teammates.

Own SEC reporting, IPO readiness, technical accounting, lender and bank-partner reporting, ESG disclosures, non-GAAP compliance, and reporting controls. Draft registration statements, 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, proxy materials, footnotes, and accounting memos. Manage auditors and disclosure processes while advising on credit facilities, securitizations, VIEs, fair value, equity accounting, and regulatory reporting. Initially an individual contributor, the role will build the accounting reporting function as Kikoff scales.

Lead strategy, sourcing, negotiation, launch, and expansion of Kikoff's largest enterprise partnerships. Build business cases, commercial models, and cross-functional programs; engage C-suite partners; influence product and roadmap; and mentor junior BD team members to scale enterprise distribution and revenue.
