Teams at Kikoff

Own the retention and monetization roadmap for Kikoff’s consumer credit products. The role focuses on reducing churn, driving reactivation, upgrades, pricing, packaging, paywalls, and cross-selling. Responsibilities include analyzing user and revenue data, conducting discovery, designing experiments, developing segmentation, improving cancellation and win-back flows, and partnering with engineering, design, marketing, legal, and compliance. Success is measured by retained paying members, revenue per member, retention, LTV, and monetization performance.

Lead Kikoff’s federal and state government affairs strategy for earned wage access and consumer financial products. Represent the company before legislators, regulators, trade associations, and stakeholder groups; monitor policy developments; advise executives; coordinate testimony and comment letters; manage outside lobbyists and consultants; oversee lobbying compliance; and partner with Legal, Compliance, Product, and Communications. The role requires building policymaker relationships, developing multi-state strategies, shaping public policy, and traveling nationwide regularly.

Build and scale backend systems for Kikoff’s growth team and flagship credit-building product. Own initiatives end to end, from prototyping and analytics instrumentation through production rollout and user-facing improvements. Use data-driven decisions, experimentation, and machine-learning personalization to improve customer and business outcomes. Collaborate closely with startup-focused teammates while delivering measurable impact for millions of users.
