Own end-to-end customer experience initiatives, including AI automation, CX tooling, workflow improvements, measurement, and dashboard development. Analyze customer friction and performance metrics, partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations teams, and implement scalable solutions that improve agent efficiency and customer outcomes.

Leads Kikoff’s FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, scenario analysis, executive and board reporting, KPI development, and planning systems. Manages and grows an FP&A team while partnering with senior leaders across the company. Supports AI adoption in financial workflows and contributes to fundraising, investor relations, and M&A activities.

Own the retention and monetization roadmap for Kikoff’s consumer credit products. The role focuses on reducing churn, driving reactivation, upgrades, pricing, packaging, paywalls, and cross-selling. Responsibilities include analyzing user and revenue data, conducting discovery, designing experiments, developing segmentation, improving cancellation and win-back flows, and partnering with engineering, design, marketing, legal, and compliance. Success is measured by retained paying members, revenue per member, retention, LTV, and monetization performance.
