Lead end-to-end performance creative strategy across paid social, YouTube, CTV, and other digital channels. Translate growth goals and audience insights into concepts, scripts, test plans, and high-performing advertising. Analyze creative performance, iterate based on results, and develop AI-assisted and traditional production workflows. Collaborate with Growth, Brand, Product Marketing, production, and post-production teams while guiding experimentation and emerging creative formats.

Manage and coach approximately six SDRs across Enterprise and Ambassador teams. Own activity, meeting, partner onboarding, and pipeline metrics; conduct coaching, call and outreach quality reviews; refine scripts, cadences, and playbooks; maintain CRM hygiene; coordinate with Business Development and Partnerships; and lead hiring, onboarding, training, compliance, and team-scaling initiatives in a fast-growing Phoenix office.

Build and improve Kikoff’s flagship credit-building product as a senior frontend engineer. Develop features that increase retention, engagement, and revenue while collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and data scientists. Explore and scope new opportunities, analyze data for business decisions, solve problems beyond your expertise, and deliver measurable customer impact using SolidJS or React.
