Supports corporate finance and accounting through monthly financial close, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, reporting, audit documentation, and financial data analysis. The role extracts and analyzes ERP data, maintains Excel-based schedules, investigates discrepancies, supports expense reporting systems, and delivers ad hoc reports while improving efficiency and internal controls with AI tools. This is a 20-month contract based in Vaughan, Ontario.

Administers U.S. and Canadian health, welfare, retirement, and leave benefits programs. Manages enrollment, eligibility, billing, reconciliations, audits, compliance, employee inquiries, vendor relationships, communications, open enrollment, reporting, and benefits system integrations. Investigates and resolves complex issues, maintains procedures and controls, supports plan implementations and vendor transitions, and identifies process improvements that enhance accuracy, efficiency, compliance, and employee experience.

Diagnose and resolve electrical, electronic, pneumatic, automation, PLC, and robotics issues in manufacturing equipment. Develop permanent corrective solutions, optimize PLC and HMI programs, integrate robotic and automated systems, support equipment modernization, and improve reliability, OEE, uptime, and production capacity. The role collaborates with maintenance, production, engineering, vendors, and integrators while documenting technical standards, conducting root-cause analyses, supporting commissioning, and transferring knowledge to plant teams.
