Own group accounts receivable and customer invoicing across multi-entity, multi-currency NetSuite ledger. Issue and review invoices, manage credit control and collections, allocate receipts, reconcile AR, support month-end cutoffs and audits, and drive order-to-cash automation and process improvements.

Provide Level 2 technical support for SIM/eSIM/iSIM and smart card issues, debug profile compatibility, manage Jira tickets and online testing, liaise with sales/FAEs/product teams, develop knowledge bases, train customers, and ensure timely resolution following quality and security processes.
