Design and scale CI/CD pipelines for safe OTA software and firmware deployments to field robots. Containerize AI and ROS2 workloads with Docker, manage K3s/Kubernetes on edge hardware, and build resilient data-ingestion pipelines for field data. Support simulation infrastructure and automated data workflows in Linux-heavy environments. The role requires Python and Bash automation, experience with Docker and Kubernetes, familiarity with edge computing and networking protocols, and fluency in Greek and English.

Owns end-to-end delivery of utility-scale BESS EPC projects from contract award through commissioning and handover. Responsibilities include execution strategy, scheduling, budgeting, financial performance, risk, change and claims management, client communication, and coordination across engineering, procurement, construction, HSE, finance, suppliers, and subcontractors. The role provides direction to site teams and conducts targeted site visits while maintaining overall accountability for safe, timely, and commercially successful project completion.

Lead commercialization of KIEFER’s AI, robotics, and operational intelligence solutions to utilities, grid operators, and energy conglomerates across Greece and Southeast Europe. Build and close high-value enterprise deals, navigate public tenders and complex procurement, translate technical capabilities into ROI, manage strategic accounts, and partner with Engineering, Product, and the CEO to refine product-market fit. The role requires deep grid infrastructure knowledge, executive-level utility relationships, and regular regional travel.

Develop and improve Sophea AI’s large language models, including pre-training, fine-tuning, evaluation, inference optimization, and production deployment. Build ML pipelines for serving, monitoring, and lifecycle management while optimizing latency, throughput, cost, quantization, and GPU utilization. Work with multilingual datasets and benchmarks, with a particular focus on Polish-language models. The role requires strong hands-on LLM engineering experience and production ML systems expertise.

Design and integrate mechanical, electrical, networking, sensing, and embedded systems for a 20-unit robotic fleet. Responsibilities include CAD design, 3D printing, sensor mounting and validation, microcontroller configuration, network and protocol setup, low-latency streaming, troubleshooting, lab equipment selection, and maintaining repeatable technical documentation. The role requires hands-on robotics or hardware integration experience and fluency in Greek and English.

Own end-to-end product features for an enterprise AI search and assistant platform across web, mobile, and desktop. Responsibilities include frontend architecture, streaming AI interfaces, citations, chat histories, document viewers, backend contributions, automated testing, security, performance, and production releases.
