Build and own end-to-end features for Sophea Meet, an AI-powered meeting assistant. Focus on designing TypeScript and Node.js backend services, APIs, data flows, testing, monitoring, and production reliability. Contribute to React and React Native interfaces, translate product goals into technical solutions, and collaborate with Product, Design, QA, DevOps, and Security. Use AI coding agents critically while developing secure, distributed systems on AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, PostgreSQL, and Redis.

Build and maintain automated frontend, backend, API, unit, integration, and end-to-end tests. Improve CI quality gates, test reporting, defect visibility, release reliability, and flaky-test reduction. Evaluate AI-generated output using mock and real model interactions, review test suites, identify quality risks, and collaborate with engineering teams to strengthen testing practices and production readiness.

Manage monthly payroll operations from data validation through closing, including time and attendance, leave, benefits, compensation changes, reconciliations, reporting, employee lifecycle documentation, and ERGANI II submissions. Ensure compliance with Greek labor and social security legislation, maintain accurate HR and payroll data, resolve employee queries, and identify payroll risks. Use AI and automation tools to improve validation, anomaly detection, reporting, and HR workflows.

Develop and continuously improve a Greek-focused large language model across pre-training, training from scratch, fine-tuning, evaluation, and production deployment. Build ML pipelines for inference, serving, monitoring, and lifecycle management, while optimizing latency, throughput, cost, quantization, and GPU utilization. Work with datasets, benchmarks, and experiments to improve model quality and domain performance.

Drive utility-scale BESS EPC sales across Greece and Southeast Europe, from pipeline development and technical scoping through negotiation, contract signature, and PMO handover. Develop pricing and contracting models, communicate technical and financial value to investors and lenders, and promote AI-enabled forecasting, dispatch optimization, and asset analytics. Maintain CRM forecasts, monitor market and tender developments, and represent the company at industry and investor events.

Owns end-to-end delivery of utility-scale BESS EPC projects from contract award through commissioning and handover. Responsibilities include execution strategy, scheduling, budgeting, financial performance, risk, change and claims management, client communication, and coordination across engineering, procurement, construction, HSE, finance, suppliers, and subcontractors. The role provides direction to site teams and conducts targeted site visits while maintaining overall accountability for safe, timely, and commercially successful project completion.

Lead commercialization of KIEFER’s AI, robotics, and operational intelligence solutions to utilities, grid operators, and energy conglomerates across Greece and Southeast Europe. Build and close high-value enterprise deals, navigate public tenders and complex procurement, translate technical capabilities into ROI, manage strategic accounts, and partner with Engineering, Product, and the CEO to refine product-market fit. The role requires deep grid infrastructure knowledge, executive-level utility relationships, and regular regional travel.

Develop and improve Sophea AI’s large language models, including pre-training, fine-tuning, evaluation, inference optimization, and production deployment. Build ML pipelines for serving, monitoring, and lifecycle management while optimizing latency, throughput, cost, quantization, and GPU utilization. Work with multilingual datasets and benchmarks, with a particular focus on Polish-language models. The role requires strong hands-on LLM engineering experience and production ML systems expertise.
