Manage job costing, AP/AR, payroll, and bank controls; support month-end close and KPI reporting; handle HR administration, benefits, onboarding, office management, supply purchasing, claims processing, and employee relations in an on-site restoration office.

Own the business development pipeline from lead generation through signed clients. Build strategic referral partnerships, network at industry events, manage CRM and follow-up, coordinate event campaigns, track pipeline metrics, and support client retention while traveling 4–6 nights monthly.

Serve as the primary contact for taxpayers via in-person, phone, and email; accurately process and reconcile payments; investigate payment discrepancies; follow policies and compliance standards; support cross-branch operations and administrative tasks while maintaining high-volume professional customer service.
