Teams at Kids2

Serve as the plant’s senior finance leader and business partner. Lead monthly close, cost accounting, inventory control, budgeting/forecasting, FP&A, internal controls, tax/statutory reporting, cash/AP/AR oversight, and audit coordination. Drive cost reduction, productivity improvements, and develop the local finance team.

Lead UX vision and strategy for Kids2's global digital ecosystem. Define user journeys, IA, wireframes, prototypes, design systems, and UX governance. Partner with marketing, eCommerce, IT, and development to deliver accessible, responsive digital experiences. Manage and mentor the Senior Digital Designer and present UX recommendations to leadership.

Lead UX strategy and design standards across Kids2's digital ecosystem. Develop journeys, IA, wireframes, and prototypes; champion usability, accessibility, analytics-driven optimization; manage and mentor a Senior Digital Designer and partner cross-functionally to deliver responsive, accessible digital experiences.
