Provides multichannel consumer support through phone, email, social media, and digital channels. Handles product questions, assembly guidance, troubleshooting, safety information, warranty claims, refunds, replacements, and returns. Collaborates with Product Integrity, Product Development, and Accounting teams to resolve issues promptly, maintain accurate records, and deliver positive consumer experiences. Requires bilingual English and Spanish communication, strong problem-solving, typing, and Microsoft Office skills.

Manages 3PL warehouse operations and leads global warehouse setup and SAP IBP implementation projects. Responsibilities include project planning, testing, go-live execution, inventory accuracy, fulfillment, customer compliance, vendor negotiations, cost analysis, capacity planning, technical troubleshooting, and continuous improvement across North American warehouses. The role requires PMP certification, warehouse and project management experience, strong 3PL expertise, analytical ability, and cross-functional leadership.

Perform full-cycle general ledger accounting, reconciliations, month- and year-end closing, financial statement preparation, VAT support, audit support, and e-commerce accounting reconciliation. Build standardized financial data models and automated dashboards using Excel, Power Query, and Power BI. Provide profitability analysis, data validation, cost-control insights, and ad hoc financial reporting to support business decisions.
