Supports HR operations for Canadian and US employees by maintaining BambooHR records, managing onboarding and offboarding workflows, responding to HR queries, auditing data, tracking certifications, and building reports and dashboards. The intern will use spreadsheets, AI tools, and potentially BI platforms or SQL to improve HR reporting and data accuracy, document processes, and develop SOPs. This is a three-month office-based internship with potential conversion to a full-time HRIS Analyst role.

Creates branded visual assets for digital and print marketing, websites, social media, advertising, content, events, and business development. Develops website graphics and responsive creative, maintains brand consistency, supports campaigns and multimedia projects, collaborates cross-functionally, manages multiple design projects, incorporates feedback, and delivers work on schedule. The role requires strong graphic design, branding, typography, layout, digital marketing, and project coordination skills.

Owns paid acquisition across Google Ads and Meta Ads for childcare brands in Canada and the USA. Responsibilities include campaign planning, optimization, audience and keyword research, budget management, A/B testing, conversion-rate optimization, performance tracking, and connecting advertising data with CRM outcomes. The role analyzes CPL, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality while collaborating with content, design, web, CRM, admissions, and campus teams to increase inquiries, tours, and enrolments.

Own North American talent acquisition by identifying hiring needs, creating job campaigns, sourcing candidates, conducting screenings and interviews, evaluating fit, and supporting onboarding. Maintain candidate pipelines, meet engagement KPIs, provide hiring dashboards and insights, contribute to HR processes and policies, and ensure compliance with employment legislation. The role requires collaboration with leadership and managers and work from 6 PM to 3 AM IST to align with North American time zones.

Manage HRIS and employee lifecycle tasks including onboarding, terminations, benefits admin, data maintenance, HRIS configuration, workflow building, reporting, compliance, SOP documentation, and cross-functional collaboration with Payroll, Finance, and IT to streamline HR operations and improve employee experience.

Support multiple Calgary childcare centres with licensing, documentation, scheduling, staffing coordination, reporting, and operational projects. Maintain records, trackers, and shared files; assist with licensing investigations and Centre Director coverage; coordinate training, PD days, and events; visit centres as needed and drive follow-through on action items.
