Teams at Kids 'R' Kids International, Inc.

Serve as primary family-facing contact managing administrative operations, enrollment, attendance, billing, and communications. Ensure Texas childcare licensing compliance, support staff and management, and use Procare and IntelliKids for center records and reporting.

Support daily academy operations, maintain staffing ratios, assist with hiring and onboarding, communicate with families, enforce state regulations and safety procedures, and lead staff coaching. Serve as acting director in the director's absence to ensure a safe, educational environment for children.

Provide administrative support for a child care center: ensure compliance with state regulations, manage student health and vaccination records, handle enrollment and paperwork, support teachers with logistics, track regulatory deadlines, file records, and greet and assist families daily.
