Assist the Chief People Officer on DEI projects: attend DEI working group meetings, research and create DEI newsletters and educational materials, support and help design/facilitate workshops, analyze company diversity survey data, review internal policies for DEI alignment, and present findings and recommendations to leadership.

Support Marketing and Customer Experience by engaging prospective customers, improving customer service protocols, using CRM/registration/project-management tools, aiding payment and form processes, conducting market research, and coordinating information across internal teams.

Lead and supervise 10–15 school-based youth programs across Queens and Brooklyn during the school year and direct a Brooklyn day camp in summer. Responsibilities include staff recruitment, training, performance management for 30–40 part-time coaches, site visits, program design, operations, parent communication, compliance, scheduling, budgeting, and community engagement.
