Oversees daily indoor park operations, supervises and supports staff, assists with training and scheduling, manages guest check-in and cash transactions, monitors safety and cleanliness, maintains snack inventory, resolves guest concerns, and coordinates family events. The role requires frequent interaction with children and families, weekend and holiday availability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment.

Oversee operations, financial performance, safety, staffing, customer experience, and compliance across 5–10 parks. Lead and develop Park Managers, conduct regular assessments and audits, implement improvement plans, manage schedules and timekeeping, coordinate vendors and maintenance, address customer concerns, and support park openings and closings. The role requires frequent travel, weekend and holiday availability, and strong multi-unit leadership, communication, financial management, and operational skills.
