The role coordinates School Directors and staff, tracks prospects through registration, maintains enrollment materials, and drives measurable growth in leads, tours, registrations, and enrollment.

Diagnose turnover and vacancy drivers across targeted Ohio schools through interviews and HR data analysis. Coach School Directors on retention-focused people practices, create corrective action plans, track progress, support recruiting efforts, report outcomes to HR leadership, and document sustainable interventions in a final retention playbook.

Drive enrollment growth across eight St. Louis schools by generating local family leads, building community partnerships, organizing events, promoting schools on social media, supporting tours, and managing timely follow-up through registration. Success is measured by leads, tour conversion, registrations, and enrollment. The role requires frequent community engagement, collaboration with School Directors, accurate enrollment materials, and consistent family experiences.
