Supports inclusive early learning by developing individualized programming, coaching educators, collaborating with families and community professionals, assisting with Individual Program Plans, supporting children through routines and transitions, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with provincial legislation. The role requires an early childhood education classification, experience supporting children with diverse needs, strong communication skills, current First Aid and CPR, background checks, and the ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
