Provide nurturing, safe early years care and education: act as key person, observe and plan learning, set up enabling environments, support SEND, follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures, and complete daily checks and record-keeping.

Lead and manage a nursery room, delivering an ambitious Early Years curriculum, supervising staff, conducting performance reviews, ensuring safeguarding, and promoting professional development.

Provide in-house technical accounting, financial control and analysis support to the UK CFO and outsourced finance team. Improve balance sheet reconciliations, month-end processes, controls and reporting quality; perform financial analysis, support budgeting/forecasting, acquisition accounting, systems improvements and finance transformation projects.
