Serves as the primary finance partner to Sales leadership, leading forecasting, annual and long-range planning, performance reporting, pricing and profitability analysis, sales compensation planning, business cases, and commercial decision support. Reconciles fragmented data, improves reporting processes, develops financial models, and translates commercial activity into revenue, margin, cash flow, and working-capital insights while challenging assumptions and supporting profitable growth.

Serves as the primary finance partner to Operations leadership, leading operating plans, forecasts, reporting, capital planning, financial modeling, and decision support. Analyzes manufacturing costs, productivity, inventory, supply chain, working capital, and operational performance. Develops business cases, validates savings, reconciles data, improves reporting processes, and provides actionable recommendations to senior leaders across manufacturing and operations.
