Drive regional revenue growth for Aspirating Smoke Detection and commercial fire alarm solutions across West India. Manage strategic accounts, consultants, EPCs, system integrators, OEMs, distributors, and end customers. Develop specification influence, deliver technical presentations and training, identify large opportunities, monitor competitors and market trends, manage the Salesforce sales funnel, forecast monthly results, and ensure compliance with sales processes and governance standards.

Support APAC sales strategy for aspirating smoke detection solutions through technical design verification, consultant and distributor support, demonstrations, project meetings, training, and on-site assistance. Build relationships with M&E consultants, contractors, end users, and regional stakeholders; develop project intelligence; coordinate with international business development teams; and track revenue-generating initiatives through documentation and regular reporting.

Manage strategic accounts across data centers, hospitality, and modular construction. Build executive relationships, identify opportunities, develop account plans, grow sales through sales teams and channel partners, analyze client needs, and recommend fire and life safety solutions. Advise engineers, architects, contractors, and decision-makers on requirements, codes, and standards. The role requires extensive regional travel of up to 70%.
