Develops Kickmaker’s regional client portfolio through prospecting, sales meetings, tailored technical proposals, negotiations, and contract closure. Builds relationships with clients, partners, and internal staff; oversees partner projects, monitors market opportunities, supports recruitment, tracks KPIs, supervises junior sales personnel, and ensures process and HSE compliance. The role requires technical sales experience, an engineering or related technology background, and strong knowledge of the Seattle industrial and technology ecosystem.

Identify, prospect, and qualify technology-focused business partners across the West Coast through outbound calls, field visits, trade shows, and industry events. Build relationships with decision-makers, understand client needs, co-develop proposals with engineering teams, support US candidate sourcing, and report sales activity through KPIs. The role requires a strong interest in technology or hardware, initiative, communication skills, and availability for a six-month full-time internship.

Develop embedded firmware and software for customer projects from requirements through production. Responsibilities include firmware design, microcontroller and Embedded Linux development, testing, documentation, integration, continuous deployment, and iterative customer feedback cycles. The role also supports electronics testing, HSE compliance, eco-design, product lifecycle analysis, and CSR improvements across projects in robotics, medical devices, mobility, and other high-tech markets.
