Leads the Southern U.S. regional sales team to achieve revenue, profitability, market-share, and quota goals. Responsibilities include coaching and developing sales professionals, conducting field visits and business reviews, managing key accounts and expenses, monitoring performance metrics, addressing underperformance through formal improvement plans, and partnering with HR on talent decisions. The role is remote but requires frequent regional travel, customer visits, joint sales calls, and occasional overnight stays.

Administer and improve server, network, cloud, software, hardware, backup, monitoring, and Microsoft 365 environments. Provide Tier 2 support, assist with infrastructure deployments, security assessments, user training, and IT modernization projects. Manage hypervisors, storage, disaster recovery, network equipment, and phone systems while supporting business users and participating in an onsite on-call rotation.

Develops mechanical product designs and design changes for regulated medical devices, using SolidWorks, CAD modeling, drafting, GD&T, testing, and risk analysis. Maintains design history files and regulatory documentation under ISO 13485 and FDA requirements. Supports prototyping, verification, validation, manufacturing release, design reviews, cost optimization, and cross-functional product development. Requires occasional domestic and international travel, physical prototype assembly, and adherence to quality and safety systems.
