Maintain accurate, approved, and retrievable project documents, drawings, correspondence, contracts, financial records, and handover materials. Administer document control systems, numbering, revisions, filing, distribution, transfer sites, deliverable registries, and reporting. Coordinate with project teams, vendors, clients, and multiple offices while ensuring compliance with organizational, legal, contractual, quality, schedule, and budget requirements. Identify documentation risks and bottlenecks, support transition-to-operations activities, and improve document management processes.

Manage Khazna’s CRM and commercial systems, including configuration, pipeline governance, forecasting, dashboards, data governance, integrations, workflow automation, and process improvement. Lead pipeline reviews, reporting controls, CRM adoption, user training, and cross-functional change management. The role requires 6–8 years of revenue, sales, CRM, commercial, or business operations experience, with proficiency in Excel and Power BI.

Coordinates and administers employee learning and development programs, including training logistics, scheduling, registrations, LMS administration, learner support, records management, reporting, vendor coordination, communications, and feedback activities. Ensures smooth delivery of workshops, onboarding, leadership initiatives, and other learning programs while maintaining accurate participation, completion, compliance, and certification records.
