Owns Khan Academy’s cross-product experience architecture and information architecture across student, teacher, parent, and district-admin experiences. The role develops navigation, taxonomies, permission models, experience maps, service blueprints, and design patterns; advises design, product, and engineering leaders; establishes governance frameworks; and prototypes foundational flows when needed. This principal-level contributor influences teams without direct authority while balancing strategic systems thinking with hands-on product design.
