Manage application support operations for critical banking applications, ensuring system availability, performance, incident resolution, and business continuity. Lead a large technical support team, oversee service providers, monitor SLAs and risk indicators, coordinate application support initiatives, and communicate with senior management and business stakeholders. Provide technical guidance, manage deployments and escalations, maintain compliance with IT policies, and evaluate technology and support processes for continuous improvement.

Supports the Procurement Committee Manager by advising stakeholders, coordinating and reviewing procurement committee documentation, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, tracking tender progress, and maintaining sufficient committee membership. The role also requires strong English writing skills and understanding of sourcing, purchasing, supplier management, and contracts.

Provides legal opinions and practical advice on central banking, financial markets, regulatory, governance, contractual, enforcement, compliance, and emerging technology matters. Drafts legislation, reviews contracts, promotes legal awareness, manages legal risks, and collaborates with government agencies, regulators, external counsel, and internal stakeholders. Participates in committees, taskforces, and projects while supporting the Bank’s mandate and protecting its legal interests.
