Provides frontline support for restaurant technology across cloud platforms, Kubernetes, Linux, networking, APIs, and mobile device management. Troubleshoots production, development, lab, and testing environments; configures network switches; monitors systems; participates in on-call rotation; and collaborates with engineering and IT teams. Builds scripts, automations, middleware, integrations, monitoring, and internal tools to reduce manual work and improve reliability. Documents recurring issues, maintains runbooks, and contributes to observability improvements.

Conducts qualitative and quantitative UX research across KFC’s digital guest channels and restaurant operations tools. Plans and executes usability tests, field studies, interviews, ethnographic research, heuristic evaluations, and concept testing. Synthesizes findings into actionable insights, journey maps, opportunity areas, and recommendations for product, design, engineering, marketing, and restaurant operations teams. Contributes to research operations, documentation, accessibility practices, participant recruiting, and the development of organizational research standards.

Leads global franchise unit economics strategy, restaurant profitability, and franchisee returns across priority markets. Establishes performance targets, management routines, executive reporting, and market action plans. Partners with franchisees and cross-functional leaders to improve sales, P&L performance, capital efficiency, and new-unit payback. Builds standardized tools, governance routines, analytical capabilities, and global forums while managing strategic initiatives from business case development through implementation.
