Lead the accounting team to ensure compliant financial reporting under Polish standards (PSR) and IFRS, oversee tax returns (VAT, CIT), manage month- and year-end closings, represent the company in audits, implement internal controls, support budgeting/forecasting, maintain the general ledger, and ensure compliance with transfer pricing and mandatory disclosure rules.

Lead the IT Knowledge Management function: develop and maintain KM strategy, manage content lifecycle, integrate KM with ITSM, promote knowledge sharing, measure impact with analytics, and train staff on KM tools and practices.

Work on the resiliency and scalability of platform services, handle multiple databases, write and review code, mentor juniors, and optimize applications.
