Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, follow up on campaign and web leads, schedule appointments and product demos, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide basic information about CoFee’s SaaS features and benefits. The role requires clear phone communication in English and Telugu, persistence in follow-ups, and a proactive approach to lead engagement.

Serve as the first point of contact for customer questions and product guidance, build strong relationships, resolve issues through internal coordination, collect customer feedback, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide proactive support to improve customer success and satisfaction.
