Lead deployment and continuous improvement of knowledge management programs (KCS), coach and audit content quality, maintain KM platforms and workflows, drive AI initiatives and self-serve adoption, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure content standards and commercial alignment.

Provide Tier 1 support owning case resolution end-to-end: troubleshoot, diagnose, escalate, and communicate with customers and internal teams. Create knowledge articles, perform root cause analysis, and contribute to case-reduction initiatives while maintaining strong customer service and documentation.

Lead global Professional Services project delivery: own PM methodology, governance, portfolio health, reporting, PM capability development, commercial performance, and automation/AI adoption to ensure projects deliver on time, scope, and value.
