Manage the regional rollout of Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite ERP within an enterprise-wide Lead to Cash transformation. Responsibilities include defining scope and resources, maintaining project plans, managing risks and issues, producing executive dashboards, coordinating stakeholders and steering committees, and controlling project documentation. The role requires strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, commercial awareness, accountability, and leadership in a matrixed environment.

Provides strategic technical leadership across Keyloop’s platform. Defines long-term architecture and technical vision, solves complex cross-team problems, establishes engineering standards, leads critical initiatives, mitigates risks, mentors senior engineers, and aligns technology strategy with product and business goals. Communicates with technical teams, executives, customers, and partners while driving scalable, reliable, and commercially valuable outcomes.

Leads the technical success of complex software projects by establishing architecture and technical vision, guiding design and code reviews, contributing hands-on code, managing technical roadmaps, and resolving risks. Mentors engineers, facilitates technical decisions, communicates with stakeholders, and partners with Product to align solutions with business goals. The role also champions AI-assisted development and supports engineers’ growth toward Engineering Manager or Staff Engineer.
