Teams at Keyfactor

Enable regional partners to successfully deliver Keyfactor solutions through training, technical guidance, content development, performance tracking, and ongoing support. The role serves as a technical champion and primary partner contact, supports project scoping and handoffs to internal teams, reduces time to value through playbooks, and collaborates with sales and service teams to align partner delivery with business goals.

Supports post-sale technical relationships for customer accounts, helping with solution adoption, routine technical requests, onboarding, account meetings, issue escalation, and usage monitoring. Coordinates with Support, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to resolve issues, documents customer updates and action items, and contributes to customer-facing resources and process improvements under senior team supervision.

Sell enterprise trust infrastructure across the Central US region by building and managing long sales cycles, negotiating contracts, forecasting territory revenue, developing GTM strategies, engaging C-level stakeholders, attending events, and contributing product, market, and competitor insights while coaching the broader sales team.
