Generates, qualifies, advances, and closes sales opportunities within named and customer accounts. Partners with account executives, strategic sellers, and customer success to develop pipeline, identify expansion opportunities, and execute coordinated account strategies. Owns smaller transactional sales cycles, including discovery, product positioning, objection handling, pricing negotiation, proposals, quoting, forecasting, and contract execution. Maintains CRM accuracy, prioritizes pipeline, supports complex deals, and delivers against quota targets.

Provides Tier II technical support for complex customer issues in a SaaS environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting across systems, root cause analysis, case ownership, SLA adherence, escalations, major incident support, customer communication, knowledge-base development, and process improvement. The role collaborates with Engineering and Product teams, identifies recurring issues, implements sustainable fixes, and contributes to improved support tools and workflows.

Manage and improve Azure cloud infrastructure, configuration, networking, monitoring, patching, and operational support. Develop Infrastructure as Code and automation using PowerShell, REST APIs, Azure Automation Runbooks, Azure Functions, and DevOps pipelines. Support incident response, Windows and Active Directory administration, data center hardware operations, PKI tasks, HSM and KVM configuration, hosted product deployment, troubleshooting, and security-focused reliability improvements.
