Own the full sales cycle for commercial and enterprise B2B software deals, from prospecting through close and expansion. Develop messaging and qualification strategies for a new agent-native infrastructure category, build multi-threaded relationships with technical and executive stakeholders, create pipeline through outbound, partners, events, and community, and collaborate with founders, product, sales leadership, and solutions engineering. Help establish packaging, processes, partnerships, and repeatable sales playbooks while owning forecasting and revenue targets.

Own the technical sales process from discovery through deployment, including demonstrations, architecture, evaluations, security reviews, workshops, pilots, and enterprise rollouts. Translate identity and security concepts into customer outcomes, prototype integrations, support proofs of value, and partner with product and engineering on enterprise readiness. Build reusable demos, technical content, reference architectures, and the company’s initial sales engineering playbook.

Own Keycard’s end-to-end customer evaluation journey and developer experience across SDKs, CLI, console, documentation, and templates. Define evaluation milestones and metrics, instrument onboarding, reduce time to first credential exchange, and convert field-engineering processes into self-guided product experiences. Partner with engineering, DevRel, marketing, sales, and customers to improve adoption, run experiments, and incorporate evaluator feedback into the roadmap.

Develop and maintain the Keycard Agent SDK, ensuring compatibility with various languages and frameworks, while engaging with the developer community to enhance agent applications.

As a Software Engineer at Keycard, you'll design, develop, and implement identity and access infrastructures for dynamic, agent-native systems. You'll work on innovative projects that enhance developer experience and security, collaborating closely with a distributed team.

The role involves building platforms and core systems for identity services at Keycard, focusing on developing distributed systems and CI/CD automation while creating a best-in-class developer experience.

Design and build operational data systems, including pipelines, storage layers, and APIs for near real-time enforcement and insights, balancing streaming and batch paradigms.
