Translate technical products into persuasive business messaging, collaborate across sales, customer success, product, and leadership, manage external contributors, and support launches across new industries.

Respond to and qualify inbound B2B leads across the UK and Europe, identify decision-makers, explain Keycafe’s SaaS/IoT value proposition, conduct follow-ups, write persuasive emails, schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives, and meet monthly sales quotas. The role requires strong English communication, sales experience, remote time management, and confidence handling inbound inquiries.

Supports mechanical design, prototyping, testing, troubleshooting, assembly, inspection, documentation, supplier coordination, purchasing, inventory, and manufacturing operations for smart hardware products. The role is designed for a recent graduate or early-career professional with hands-on interest in physical products, electronics, and hardware development, offering growth toward manufacturing and supply-chain leadership.
