Track, monitor, and clear investor suspense conditions; update Encompass for document tracking; gather and upload documents; refute invalid suspenses; communicate with internal/external parties; respond to audits and investor requests; identify post-closing process improvements.

Support mortgage loan officers with borrower communication, CRM and database management, marketing coordination (using MAXA), event planning, and outreach to referral partners to drive mortgage production and maintain pipelines.
