Own and deliver CRM, lifecycle marketing, audience engagement, and marketing analytics strategies for B2B adviser audiences. Develop segmentation, personalisation, nurture journeys, campaign optimisation, measurement frameworks, and CRM roadmaps. Partner with Sales, Product, Change, Data, and Marketing teams to deliver automation and transformation initiatives, translating insights into commercially focused recommendations within a regulated environment.
