Conduct outbound telephone and online business development with financial advisers, building relationships and promoting AIR’s products, technology, webinars, events, and campaigns. Support advisers in using the platform, increase sessions, illustrations, and completions, monitor activity data, maintain CRM records, provide multi-channel service, and meet KPIs and business targets. Develop expertise in later-life lending and contribute to distribution objectives.

Lead design, development, governance and support of Microsoft platform solutions (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse). Drive integrations, automations and ALM/DevOps practices, enforce security and governance, mentor developers, conduct design/code reviews, and translate stakeholder requirements into scalable, supportable enterprise solutions.

Design, develop and maintain automated tests for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Execute functional, regression, integration and performance testing, log and track defects, integrate automation into CI/CD (Azure DevOps), and improve automation frameworks and testing metrics in a regulated financial environment.
