Lead and execute corporate fundraising and sponsorship strategies to secure revenue across broadcast, events, digital, education and community programs. Manage a portfolio of corporate partners, identify and solicit new underwriters, prepare proposals, track revenue and budgets, oversee donor database and acknowledgments, coordinate event sponsorships, and supervise and mentor the corporate development team while collaborating with marketing and agency staff.

The Associate Producer will research content, organize production meetings, assist with filming and editing, and manage social media content for KET.

The Television Broadcast Engineer will install, repair, and maintain broadcast equipment, ensure system security, configure studio setups, and collaborate with various teams for production support.

Plan, publish, and maintain accessible, SEO-optimized web content across digital properties using WordPress. Apply UX and WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards, integrate multimedia, run site audits, use analytics to guide content decisions, coordinate projects with Monday.com and Microsoft tools, and support social and promotional efforts; occasional evenings and weekends required.

Produce and manage education-focused digital content: create video/image assets, package and optimize for web and social, coordinate workflows with production and marketing, monitor performance metrics, and apply accessibility and SEO best practices to increase reach and impact of KET learning resources.

Produce and maintain daily program logs and interstitial schedules for multiple channels, ensure correct sequencing of promotions, underwriting and breaks, verify material accuracy, coordinate with internal teams for missing content or day‑of changes, ensure FCC and station policy compliance, monitor program breaks for messaging effectiveness, assist viewer services and cross‑check logs, and serve as backup for Traffic Specialists.

The Producer is responsible for overseeing content production, directing crew, managing editing processes, and maintaining production records for KET's programming.
