Lead CRO strategy across ecommerce funnels, owning experimentation roadmap, designing and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests, optimizing pages and checkout, building dashboards, collaborating with product/UX/analytics/marketing, managing CRO tools, and communicating results to stakeholders to drive measurable conversion and revenue growth.

Support the commerce team by handling large datasets, preparing reports, assisting with sales/pricing/product specs, monitoring market competitors, and coordinating cross-departmental tasks to inform strategic decisions.
