Design reliable and scalable production software, work with relational databases, write automated tests, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with product, architecture, and DevOps teams. Contribute to technical decisions, system improvements, deployments, monitoring, and complex workflows involving high traffic and large-scale data processing.

Lead CRO strategy across ecommerce funnels, owning experimentation roadmap, designing and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests, optimizing pages and checkout, building dashboards, collaborating with product/UX/analytics/marketing, managing CRO tools, and communicating results to stakeholders to drive measurable conversion and revenue growth.
