Lead the Platform & SRE team to design and operate a unified deployment platform spanning cloud and on-premise. Architect Pulumi/Kubernetes-based deployments, package software for industrial hardware, build GitHub Actions CI/CD (including HIL), and define observability with Prometheus, Grafana, and OIDC.

Build scalable, resilient backend microservices in Go; design gRPC/REST APIs; containerize with Docker; deploy and manage services on Kubernetes; implement asynchronous messaging (NATS/RabbitMQ); work with PostgreSQL; drive CI/CD, testing, code reviews, and documentation for greenfield robotics orchestration systems.

Responsible for developing drivers, adapters, and middleware to connect orchestration software to PLCs, industrial robots, and motion systems. Design and implement industrial protocols, write high-performance C/C++/Go code on Linux, perform low-level socket diagnostics and packet inspection, and collaborate with architecture and controls teams to ensure reliable device-level communication.
