Provides senior technical direction for enterprise infrastructure, cloud, identity, endpoint, network, backup, and cybersecurity operations. Defines architectures, standards, roadmaps, resilience practices, and compliance controls while resolving complex incidents and infrastructure issues. Leads Microsoft cloud and automation initiatives, supports regulated operations and audits, mentors engineers, and guides cross-functional technology programs. The role is a hands-on individual contributor without formal people-management responsibility.

Leads Keros’ financial planning and analysis function, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, variance analysis, long-range financial planning, corporate modeling, cash runway assessment, and financial reporting. Partners with leadership and program teams to align operational goals with financial plans, recommend spending actions, support business development and financing analyses, develop KPIs, implement a corporate planning tool, and prepare materials for executives and the Board.
