The Senior Research Associate will develop and perform bioanalytical methods for preclinical and clinical programs, document results, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Design and execute hypothesis-driven in vitro, ex vivo, and in vivo biomarker studies to support preclinical-to-clinical translation. Develop, qualify, and troubleshoot biomarker assays (ELISA/MSD, qPCR, Western blot, flow cytometry), analyze preclinical samples, evaluate reagents/platforms, support assay transfer to CROs, and present data and recommendations to cross-functional teams.

Lead and manage the Process Development group for biologics, directing upstream and downstream process design, bench-to-pilot bioreactor scale-up, process characterization, tech transfer, cGMP production for tox material, cross-functional coordination, staff development, budgeting, and documentation to support IND/CMC activities.
