Responsibilities include recruiting coordination, onboarding, terminations, employee development, payroll backup, safety training, incident investigations, audits, certification tracking, drug-testing compliance, driver safety, emergency preparedness, regulatory responses, and corrective actions. The specialist develops safety programs, maintains documentation, coordinates facility audits, and supports OSHA, DOE, customer, and other regulatory requirements across company locations.

Support manufacturing engineering by collecting and analyzing production data, assisting process improvements, creating and maintaining SOPs, supporting quality control inspections and testing, and aiding day-to-day engineering projects. Communicate findings and work both independently and in teams.
