Support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle: recruiting and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, compensation and benefits administration, leave management, compliance, and policy administration. Partner with employees and leaders to advise on HR policies, support talent management, and promote a positive, compliant workplace.

Lead development and execution of external communications, media relations, government and stakeholder engagement, crisis communications, executive messaging, events, and public affairs to protect and advance the organizations reputation and policy interests. Manage communications team and coordinate with refinery leadership and external partners.

Lead enterprise IT strategy and cybersecurity for refinery operations. Drive digital transformation (ERP, cloud, data analytics), integrate IT/OT/industrial IoT, enforce NIST and ISA/IEC 62443 security standards, oversee IT operations, BCP/DR, vendor management, and performance metrics while mentoring IT leaders and ensuring alignment with business objectives and resilience goals.
