Owns financial and business operations for the Networks business, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, procurement, payments, billing, reporting, controls, and SOP governance. The role coordinates across finance, procurement, technical, commercial, and project teams; manages multi-entity and multi-currency processes; supports audits and compliance; and drives process improvements and systems adoption.

Supports month-end and quarterly close activities, including journals, reconciliations, consolidation schedules, statutory accounts, GST reports, and financial statements in XBRL. Maintains fixed asset records, assists with audits and tax reporting, manages funding requirements, and coordinates with shared services and finance teams. The role also contributes to process improvement projects and handles ad hoc finance tasks.

Supports portfolio performance monitoring, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, valuation, ESG initiatives, audits, insurance renewals, annual strategy planning, and investment or divestment projects. Collaborates with asset management, finance, investments, investor relations, sustainability teams, consultants, and external stakeholders. Performs financial modeling, market research, variance analysis, sustainability reporting, and investor presentation support for a data center real estate investment trust.
