Manages the technology policy and compliance programme, including policy development, governance frameworks, compliance assessments, audit coordination, remediation tracking, and management reporting. Advises technology teams on policy interpretation and promotes consistent governance practices. The role requires experience in IT governance, IT audit, technology compliance, or information security governance, with knowledge of policy lifecycle, risk and compliance concepts, and frameworks such as ISO 27001, COBIT, or ISO 42001.

The role involves leading business development initiatives for data centres, managing projects from inception to execution, and contributing to sustainable development strategies.

Leads portfolio management for private data centre funds, overseeing strategy, liquidity, capital allocation, performance, governance, financial modeling, and investor reporting. Supports acquisitions, divestments, asset management, capital raising, product development, and institutional investor relationships. Develops market intelligence and thought leadership across private real estate, digital infrastructure, and data centre markets.
