Lead financial management, reporting, capital management, and governance for private funds. Oversee fund accounting, NAV, capital calls/distributions, liquidity, hedging, transaction support, risk controls, compliance, tax coordination, and outsourced service providers to ensure timely investor reporting and orderly fund lifecycle events including liquidations.

Assist in closing accounts, preparing financial statements, conducting reconciliations, and supporting audits and statutory requirements.

Lead corporate finance and treasury activities for infrastructure investments: structure tax and financing, source and negotiate debt, manage banking relationships, monitor loan portfolio and covenants, prepare investor and board reporting, and support treasury operations including KYC, account management, drawdowns, hedging, and cash flow planning.
