Kepler Communications Benefits Overview

Lead technical solution architecture for Kepler US, partnering with sales, engineering, and customers to design, commercialize, and advance satellite-based optical communications, on-orbit compute, and hosted payload solutions. Serve on US leadership team, support government and commercial engagements, guide product upgrades, and help drive strategic initiatives and market growth.

Support and lead product assurance across satellite design, manufacture, integration, test, and delivery. Develop and own QA processes, manage non-conformances, supplier quality, configuration management, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead spacecraft systems architecture and analysis, manage system-level budgets (mass, power, link, propellant, reliability), conduct trade studies and integration/test, standardize SEA processes (FMECA, FDIR), mentor and hire engineers, and drive adoption of AI/automation to improve engineering workflows and documentation.
