Lead cross-functional teams to deliver satellite programs from concept through on-orbit validation. Manage scope, schedule, cost, risk, IMS/EVM metrics, customer and subcontractor interfaces, programmatic reviews, and reporting. Drive mitigation plans, present status to stakeholders, and support proposal efforts and Tranche-2 commissioning as needed.

Develop and test embedded software for satellite onboard systems, payloads, IoT modules, and ground equipment. Responsibilities include Embedded Linux, firmware, drivers, documentation, code and design reviews, and collaboration with electrical, digital design, and operations teams. The intern will use C/C++, OpenEmbedded/Yocto, FreeRTOS, Git, and embedded development practices while contributing to system architecture and leveraging AI-assisted engineering tools.

Lead payload management and systems engineering for multi-supplier satellite missions. Interface with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to define interfaces, requirements, CONOPS, test plans, and verification. Drive mission analysis, integration, risk mitigation, validation, and early operations planning while mentoring junior engineers.
