Develop and maintain the ETF data management back-office, integrate and maintain external data feeds, build and support web-scraping tools, and ensure system robustness for Trackinsight's ETF data platform using Node.js, SQL and containers.

Support group-level communication and marketing across business lines: create visuals and digital content, manage website and social media campaigns, draft press materials, monitor media coverage, and assist internal and external communications and events.

Support the SmartConnect Corporate Access team in preparing and managing in-person and virtual client events (analyst marketing, roadshows, conferences, webinars). Coordinate logistics, email campaigns, registration monitoring, live technical troubleshooting, room setup, attendee welcome, and post-event data compilation. Assist in marketing presentation production, introduce online marketing techniques and tools, and research new providers.
