Six-month internship supporting the Repo and Money Market Sales desk. Responsibilities include assisting brokers, executing interbank transactions, managing client and counterparty relationships, developing IT tools, and monitoring trades with the back office. The role requires strong financial markets interest, analytical ability, advanced Excel skills, English and French fluency, and a Master’s-level background in management, economics, or engineering.

Oversee compliance advisory, regulatory controls, operational risk, KYC, AML, sanctions, cross-border distribution, governance, reporting, training, and corporate secretary duties for Swiss asset management entities. Liaise with FINMA, auditors, management, boards, and international compliance teams while monitoring outsourced activities and foreign subsidiaries.

Provides recurring operational support for equity research, including stock guides, screenings, dividend and compliance files, earnings monitoring, and data-quality checks. Maintains Excel-based reporting tools and automated processes, investigates data issues, supports analysts and business teams with ad hoc requests, and identifies opportunities to simplify or automate manual workflows. Requires strong Excel skills, structured-data experience, attention to detail, financial-market interest, and fluent English.
