Lead monthly and quarterly financial close, budgeting and forecasting. Prepare and analyse sales, gross profit and P&L reports; support SG&A and free stock budgeting; maintain sales forecast tools; provide financial insights for business cases and cluster reviews; manage local treasury and banking relationships; ensure compliance and support regional projects and ad hoc financial queries.

Leads cross-functional continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives across external manufacturing networks. Drives cost, quality, agility, customer service, digitization, automation, kaizen events, performance management, and network improvement projects. Manages project scope, planning, resources, risks, stakeholder alignment, training, change management, root cause analysis, and benefits realization. Supports manufacturing site performance, network strategy, and new product launch readiness.

Lead eCommerce account management to meet revenue and P&L targets. Execute customer sales and marketing programs, negotiate business plans, optimize assortment/pricing/promotions, drive NPI and campaigns, analyze channel performance, and build retailer relationships to grow online sales across Kenvue categories.
