Leads North American self-care supply chain network strategy and site selection. Evaluates manufacturing, sourcing, delivery, capacity, risk, inventory, service, and cost implications for product and portfolio initiatives. Develops financial business cases, facilitates governance and senior-leadership decisions, and program manages complex transformations such as supplier changes and manufacturing site moves. Partners cross-functionally to improve network resilience, efficiency, gross profit, and long-term supply chain capabilities.

Manage financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis for North American logistics and delivery costs. Partner with distribution centers, third-party logistics providers, and operations leaders to monitor spending, validate billing, analyze cost-to-serve, track savings initiatives, and improve efficiency. The role also supports financial controls, audits, accruals, compliance, and digital reporting automation using tools such as Excel, SAP, OneStream, and Power BI.

Supports commercial performance by analyzing execution tools and commercial data, testing and deploying Salesforce effectiveness capabilities, coordinating cross-functional rollouts, supporting self-service ticket resolution, maintaining the Activity House framework, and promoting tool adoption. The role also contributes to capability development through documentation, tracking, stakeholder communication, and recommendations based on data insights.
