Serve as the Quality representative for the Nova Odessa distribution center, ensuring GDP/GMP and regulatory compliance. Oversee storage, handling, distribution, inventory, investigations, deviations, CAPAs, change controls, recalls and inspections. Act as Technical Responsible Person when applicable, review/approve quality documentation, assess compliance risks, and drive continuous improvement using quality tools and root-cause problem solving.

Leads the development, execution, and project management of trade customization programs, including promotional, bonus, CLUB, and make-to-stock items. Manages vendor collaboration, supply planning, finished-goods orders, contracts, bills of materials, inventory reconciliation, cost savings, sustainability initiatives, compliance risks, and governance reporting. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Quality Assurance, and other cross-functional teams to deliver supply chain metrics and improve trade customization processes.

Lead US Neostrata brand growth by developing and executing channel (professional and e-commerce) and brand positioning strategies; manage communications, go-to-market plans, product/portfolio strategy, budgeting and financial planning; partner cross-functionally and with international teams to scale brand equity globally.
