Manage end-to-end invoicing, accounts receivable and DSO performance, customer claims and returns, and related documentation. Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Logistics and Channel teams, monitor operational KPIs, support audits, manage contingent worker OKRs, and drive process improvements via automation and digitalization.

Responsible for in-pharmacy scientific detailing and merchandising for Kenvue Selfcare OTC brands in Seoul metro. Conduct HCP seminars, develop scientific detailing content, support academic events and Perfect Pharmacy execution to increase HCP engagement and product recommendations.

Provide frontline employee support across phone, email, and chat; troubleshoot and escalate HR/payroll issues; promote self-service; deliver training and QA; contribute to process improvements, knowledge base, workforce management reporting, and contact center operations.
