Coordinates cross-functional marketing initiatives, capability programs, and operational processes across North America. Maintains project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, governance forums, and stakeholder communications. Supports Marketing Lens adoption through user enablement, office hours, documentation, troubleshooting, and feedback collection. Assists with agency governance, MarTech onboarding, user acceptance testing, process documentation, and continuous improvement while driving accountability and timely execution across Marketing, Media, Commerce, Digital, Procurement, and Global teams.

Operates and maintains manufacturing equipment on rotating night shifts, follows safety and production procedures, performs quality inspections, troubleshoots minor issues, documents production activity, and supports process improvements. The role also assists with production planning, corrective actions, supplier issues, and department quality and safety compliance in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Lead execution of pharmacy channel strategy at assigned clients: manage budgets, promotions, orders, and P&L; run client meetings; produce performance reports to optimize investments and ensure quota attainment.
