Lead supply planning for strategic sites and product portfolios, ensuring continuity of finished goods, work in process, raw materials, and packaging. Develop capacity-feasible production plans, manage inventory deployment and service levels, resolve supply constraints, support new product launches, and collaborate with manufacturing and suppliers. Monitor capacity, mitigate shortages, support SAP master data setup, and drive process improvements using Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.

Supports accounting and financial reporting under US GAAP, local GAAP, IFRS, and tax requirements. Prepares journal entries, account reconciliations, financial statements, and close activities. Assists with audits, SOX compliance, internal controls, cash flow reporting, and process improvements while ensuring accurate and timely financial information.

Twelve-week, full-time R&D internship for university students supporting product and process development, upstream innovation, consumer and sensory science, clinical testing, technology development, or medical functions. Interns own strategic projects, conduct experiments and laboratory testing, operate scientific instruments, troubleshoot issues, analyze and present results, collaborate cross-functionally, and follow GxP practices including GMP, GDP, and GLP.
