Manage daily operations of indoor and outdoor pools, oversee maintenance and water chemistry, recruit and train lifeguards, coordinate programs and events (swim lessons, meets, parties), ensure safety/compliance with Red Cross and local regulations, manage budget and departmental policies, and maintain certifications and emergency preparedness.

Greet and check in members, process transactions using a computerized POS, answer phones, provide information on programs and events, monitor entrance security, assist with tours and parties, maintain lobby and inventory, and report misconduct.

Prepare and serve drinks, smoothies, sandwiches, and other café items per recipes; maintain cleanliness, stock, cash register operations, follow health standards, and deliver customer service.
