Fills and dispenses medications, ensures proper drug handling and storage, and advises patients and healthcare professionals on medication therapy. Coordinates with medical and nursing staff to deliver safe, cost-effective pharmaceutical care. Participates in antibiotic stewardship, supports patient safety, supervises pharmacy technicians, and provides leadership when the Pharmacy Director is absent.

Directs nursing unit operations and ensures high-quality patient care around the clock in a long-term acute care hospital. Supervises nursing staff, develops operational systems, manages staffing and scheduling, supports recruitment and training, oversees workflow and budgets, ensures regulatory compliance, and makes independent clinical and operational decisions.

Supports daily HR operations in a hospital environment, including onboarding, orientation, background checks, I-9 verification, personnel-file maintenance, payroll and benefits administration, performance-management support, recruitment coordination, employee assistance, reporting, and compliance tracking for licensure, certifications, HIPAA, Joint Commission, and applicable regulations.
